h1 applications are designed to be self-contained, but also to work with each other seamlessly. That means that you can pick whichever solutions are best for your company and leave the rest. If you find later that you need a new feature added, we can plug that feature in immediately.

The h1 solution is what's called an ASP, or "Application Service Provider". What it means is that your website is run off the same code that other h1 clients' websites are run off. (No, this doesn't slow down your site; that's not how this kind of thing works.)

One of the main advantages to this kind of system is that your site can never become "orphaned" - left behind as the h1 system continues to grow. Any upgrades we make to the h1 code base automatically and instantly affect your site. Our responsibility for the success of your website doesn't end when we launch your site. As long as you continue to use the product, we'll be here for you.

Another advantage is that, because we're not developing anything custom for you but instead hooking you into a pre-existing framework, your code has already been carefully pressure-tested. You're less likely to get errors in the h1 system - not because we don't ever make them, but because somebody else already caught them.

And the final advantage is that we can roll out new sites with the h1 system at the drop of a hat. We can - and do, all the time - roll out sites in a single day.

h1 applications are built using ColdFusion technology on SQL Server databases. They utilize the Fusebox coding methodology, which is the most widely accepted code framework in the world. This ensures that, should you ever choose to license our code and hire your own developers to work on it, they have as little learning curve as possible to familiarize themselves with the h1 system.
