Features:

User Management: Each of your users can update their own personal information, from the basic stuff like their address and phone numbers to bios and photos. You can choose whether to allow users to sign up by themselves, or to only allow users you've approved yourself.

Contact Management In addition, you - and anyone else you allow - can keep all their contacts up-to-date using h1Web's address book feature.

Forums: Your discussion boards come complete with thread management, poster profiles and the ability to create as many forums as desired. You can choose your own security on your forums; for instance, you could have a forum that's only available to your site administrators, one that's available to your users and one that anyone can post to, even anonymously.

Photo Galleries: Upload your photos for anyone you choose to give access to You can quickly and easily post pictures of the latest important (or not so important) events. A simple interface allows you to create an unlimited number of photo galleries, upload as many photos as you like, upload thumbnails if you want to and title each of your pictures. Viewers can choose to see galleries from a thumbnail view, a slide show or a list.

Calendar: The Calendar keeps all your events handy in a centralized location. Our attractive and intuitive calendar interface allows you to view your important engagements, browse by month and schedule multi-day events. You can choose whether to siaply your events in a standard calendar view or in a simpler list format.

News: Have a press release to make? Anyone you give permission to can post an announcement that appears on the home page of your site (or wherever else you choose), and are archived by author and date. Set your news to publish itself whenever you want, upload a picture and browse news by author or date quickly and easily. Define your own news categories, to create regular columns about an infinite variety of subjects. The News system can be configured easily to run as a quiet press-release system, or as a full-featured blog with user comments.

File Cabinet
The h1 File Cabinet allows you to upload and manage files of any type you want. MP3s, PDFs, movies...whatever you need to store in a central location can be handled here.

Content Management
All the pages on your site are managed by you. You can create new ones or edit your existing ones whenever you like, without knowing a lick of HTML.

Links
Create your own personalized links page, complete with site logos and (again) whatever categories you find convenitent.

Newsletters
Need to keep a bunch of people updated? The h1 system allows you to create your own lists of subscribers and send emails out to them whenever you want. Each email is personalized, and subscribe/unsubscribe features are built in. You can even review emails you've sent out and see a list of everyone who got each email, and who unsubscribed from it, to help you adjust your marketing techniques. Users can subscribe themselves when visiting the site, and you can import your existing mailing list files into the system as well.

Store
The h1 e-commerce system features a fully administrable product catalog with unlimited categories, sale prices, color and size options and more. Back end tools include a detailed customer order history tracking system. We can smoothy integrate with Verisign or let you handle the credit cards yourself, whichever works for you.
